Claudio (Elio Germano), 30 years old, works at a construction site in the suburbs of Rome. He is madly in love with his wife who is pregnant with their third child. When he finds the remains of an illegal immigrant under the site, he doesn’t report it for fear of losing his job. His choices will eventually come back to haunt him.
