Diary of a Destruction and of a new Alphabet: from Futurism to Spatial Art

The beginning of a new alphabetization of Art is to be traced in Italy with the Futurist movement and in France with the Cubist one; and this philosophy is the starting point for an artistic transformation that will engage not only Italy and Europe but also South-American artists.

The search for the futurists was later echoed by Lucio Fontana and his followers with the birth of the Spacialist Manifesto. Through Examples, PowerPoints and slides, Renato Miracco will try to trace a fil rouge among the various movement up until today’s exhibit highlights.
