The Italian Cultural Institute of Washington invites you to explore a curated selection of books for young readers and to take part in our monthly series of gatherings “In biblioteca in italiano.”
Kids between 4 and 10 are warmly invited to join us and Fiorenza Castelli for a fun journey through wonderful stories in Italian and about Italian culture – open to readers of every language!
During each encounter, we engage with excerpts from books on a specific theme. To enhance our storytelling experience, we incorporate hands-on activities.
For our January meet-up we will read “L’uomo del camion” (The Birthday Present) and “Il prestigiatore” (The Green Conjurer) by Bruno Munari (Corraini Editore.)
To join us, registration is required. Start time is 4:30 pm.
