Our Events





All our events have temporarily moved online due to in-person gathering restrictions during the coronavirus pandemic.

We currently offer 3 main event formats:

  • Zoom webinars (free registration required)
  • Facebook streaming (no Facebook account required)
  • Cinema streaming

Due to the increased threat level we are now required to collect additional personal information for the guest attending our events.

1. Each registration is valid for one person. You must enter your complete full name and all the other mandatory fields. If you need to register someone else, you must enter their personal information. Incomplete and incorrect information will be rejected (i.e. “my guest”, just initials instead of first and/or last name, “plus 2” etc). You are allowed to use the same email address. We strongly encourage each guest to register individually to assure accuracy of the information provided.

2. Please allow few minutes to receive your registration confirmation email. To check if you have successfully registered log into your free Eventbrite account.

3. You can now cancel your reservation. For information on how to cancel your “free order registration” click HERE
Please free up your ticket if you know you will not be able to attend to allow others to come. 
Your reservation is not a guarantee of a seat, our venue has limited seating and our guests will be accommodated on a first-come-first-served basis. 

4. If you'd like to edit the information provided when you registered (i.e. if you entered incorrect info, such as “my guest”, just initials instead of first and/or last name, “plus 2” etc), please log into your Eventbrite account, select the ticket and click on the link to edit. Please save your changes and print the ticket with the new information.


PLEASE NOTE: All required fields on the order form MUST be complete and correct. Eventbrite allows incomplete info, but your ticket will be deleted one day before the event date, unless you follow the rules as in point 1.

Doors will usually open 30 minutes before and close 5 minutes before the event starts. The exact times will be specified on the ticket page. To respect the schedule of the security personnel, to start the events on time and also for the respect of those who arrived on time, no exceptions will be allowed.

Printed tickets from Eventbrite registration confirmation email will be required at the Embassy’s gate. 


Only small personal belongings will be allowed. Please refrain from bringing large items as this may prevent you from accessing the premises (i.e. suitcase, large backpacks). 







Street parking is available on Whitehaven St, but some of the spaces are not available before 6:30pm. 

Public transportation, taxis/Uber/Lyft are always recommended. The closest metro station is Dupont Circle (Red Line - use the Q Street Exit). The Embassy is a 20 minutes walk from there. The buses in the direction of Friendship Heights are the N2, N4, N6, the name of the stop is 30th Street.
