Small Particles, Big Questions: the Unending Quest

The Embassy of Italy and the Italian Cultural Institute cordially invite you to an exceptional lecture, open to a general audience, by keynote speaker Dr. Sergio Bertolucci (INFN, Univ. of Bologna).

Renowned physicist Sergio Bertolucci will discuss what are the Universe mysteries still to be explained, starting from the microcosm of small particles, and what to expect in the near future. A former Director of the INFN-Frascati National Laboratory in Italy and Director for Research at the European Lab CERN in Switzerland, he is now coordinating the Italian contribution to the neutrino physics program at Fermilab, the US DOE National Laboratory near Chicago.
